1. Overview
This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Readyanna 360 ("we," "us," "our") may issue refunds for our digital marketing services. We strive to deliver high-quality work and maintain transparent communication throughout every engagement. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund discussion becomes necessary, and we want to ensure the process is clear and fair for all parties involved.
This policy applies to all services offered by Readyanna 360, including but not limited to search engine optimization (SEO), paid advertising management, social media management, content marketing, website design and development, email marketing, and branding services.
2. Monthly Retainer Services
For ongoing monthly retainer services (SEO, social media management, content marketing, email marketing, paid advertising management), the following refund terms apply:
- Before work begins: If you cancel a monthly retainer before any work has commenced for that billing period, you are eligible for a full refund of that month's fee.
- After work has begun: If work has already commenced for the current billing period, refunds will be prorated based on the percentage of work completed and deliverables produced. We will provide a detailed breakdown of work completed to support the prorated calculation.
- Cancellation notice: To cancel ongoing services, please provide 30 days written notice as outlined in our Terms of Service. Services will continue through the end of the notice period, and no refund will be issued for the notice period itself.
- Initial commitment period: During the initial 3-month commitment period, early termination may result in a reduced refund based on the discounted rates applied for the commitment and the work already completed.
3. Paid Advertising Management
For paid advertising management services, it is important to distinguish between our management fee and the advertising spend:
- Management fee: Our management fee covers the professional services of campaign setup, optimization, monitoring, and reporting. Refund terms for the management fee follow the same guidelines as monthly retainer services described in Section 2 above.
- Advertising spend: Ad spend is paid directly by you to the advertising platform (Google, Meta, Microsoft, etc.) and is not collected or controlled by Readyanna 360. We cannot issue refunds for ad spend. Any disputes regarding ad spend must be directed to the respective advertising platform. We will assist you in navigating the platform's refund process where possible.
4. Website Design & Development Projects
For one-time website design and development projects, refund terms are based on the project milestone structure:
- Before design phase begins: Full refund of any advance payment, minus a 10% administrative fee to cover initial consultation and project scoping work.
- During design phase: If cancellation occurs during the design phase (before development begins), a refund of up to 50% of the total project fee may be issued, depending on the extent of design work completed. All completed design mockups and assets will be delivered to you.
- During development phase: If cancellation occurs during the development phase, refunds will be calculated based on the percentage of development milestones not yet completed. All completed work will be delivered to you.
- After project delivery: No refunds are available after the completed website has been delivered, reviewed, and approved by you. Post-delivery issues are covered under our 30-day bug fix support period.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send a written refund request to info@readyanna360.site with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Company Name]"
- Include your full name, company name, the service(s) in question, the reason for the refund request, and any supporting documentation
- Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days
- We will review your request and provide a detailed response within 7 business days, including a breakdown of any applicable refund amount
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method or bank transfer
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are generally non-refundable:
- Third-party software licenses, tools, or subscriptions purchased on your behalf (e.g., hosting, premium plugins, stock images)
- Advertising spend paid directly to advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Domain registration and renewal fees
- SSL certificate costs
- Custom work that has been completed, delivered, and approved by you
- Rush or expedited service fees
7. Disputes
If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, we encourage you to discuss the matter with your account manager or our management team. We are committed to finding a fair resolution for all parties. If a resolution cannot be reached through direct discussion, the dispute resolution procedures outlined in our Terms of Service will apply.
